After a beautiful day of sightseeing, or a late night enjoying Brighton’s nightlife, the roof terrace is a luscious spot to unwind. It is a quiet oasis, situated on a raised sun terrace, with plenty of comfy seating, and it’s an idyllic spot to chill out with some drinks or a BBQ.

The house is the perfect hideaway to retreat to after exploring the city. There’s plenty of space to spread out, with a huge open plan lounge, drinks area, and dining room. When it’s time to relax and get cosy, there are plenty of cushions, snug sofas, and a smart TV equipped with Netflix, as well as lots of little hidden nooks and sofas to sit around chatting in.

There is a fully stocked kitchen and dining area, that is perfect for anyone looking to prepare a large group meal. You’ll find plenty of teas, fresh coffee, and all the cooking essentials you need, so please help yourself! The kitchen opens out into a large dining area, providing a perfect place to have a dinner party. The open planned space means you can chat away as you cook or prepare cocktails for your night.

There are 6 beautiful, light, and airy bedrooms. Two have beautiful king-size beds and the other four have twin beds. There are 5 comfy sofa beds as well, with 4 of these being located in bedrooms and not the social areas. The sofa beds have full width, double mattresses pull out from inside them and hotel-quality bed linen.

There are two large bathrooms with two-person showers, and one roll-top bath, there is also an extra shower room and separate toilet; meaning there is plenty of room for everyone to get washed and ready at the same time so as not to delay getting out. Toiletries like soap, shampoo, conditioner, and hairdryers are all fully provided, as well as plenty of hotel quality towels. There are lots of mirrors dotted around the different rooms for getting ready.

A travel crib and high chair are always available on request as well as plenty of family amenities.
